To book a Hotel, simply look for hotel search box in the homepage; if you are in another page, click the “Hotel” tab at the top of the page to see the hotel search box. Next, just enter the destination you desire (e.g. Bali, Surabaya, etc.), check-in and check-out date, and then click the "Search" button.

What payment methods are available at Travelfilo?

To provide convenience and flexibility to Traveller, Travelfilo provides various payment methods for you to choose:

  • Bank Transfer : Mandiri, BNI

Can I pay directly to the Hotel and/or Merchant during check-in instead?

No. All payments must be made at travelfilo.com during booking.

Hotels

Which Hotels can be searched and booked through Travelfilo?

Travelfilo wants Traveler to be able to enjoy all the beauty that the world offers. Thus, Travelfilo provides both domestic and international Hotels all over the world.

How do I book Hotels at Travelfilo?

To book Hotel, simply look for hotel search box in the homepage; if you are in another page, click the “Hotel” tab at the top of the page to see the hotel search box. Next, just enter the destination you desire (e.g. Bali, Surabaya, etc.), check-in and check-out date, and then click the "Search" button.

How do I search Hotel based on name, stars, rating, and price?

Once you choose your destination, you will be taken to the hotel search result page. On the left side of the hotel search result page you can see a variety of filters for you to choose a hotel by price, star rating, area, and name.

Is the Hotel price shown per person or per room?

Price shown is the price per room.

Is the Hotel price shown inclusive of taxes, services, and other fees?

Yes, yes and yes! The price you see at Travelfilo includes everything with no other additional charges at all. At Travelfilo, what you see is what you get plus MORE!

How do I get my Hotel booking confirmation once I finished my Hotel booking?

If you have not completed the payment, Travelfilo will send a notification email containing your booking details and the steps to complete the payment. After payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email as proof of transaction that you can use as a voucher and must be brought to the Hotel.

Where can I see Hotel details (e.g. address, contact, facilities, etc)?

Once you choose your hotel, you will be taken to the hotel detail page, where you can view the Hotel’s further information.

Can I request for an extra bed?

Traveling in a group is always more fun. To request for an extra bed, please contact the Hotel directly to submit your request.

Do the prices shown already include breakfast?

Each Hotel has different policies when it comes to breakfast. You may check whether breakfast is included or not in the hotel profile page; above the room price.

What is Travelfilo's policy on booking changes, cancelations, and refunds?

You can check Travelfilo’s policy on booking changes, cancelations, or refunds in your reservation details, as each airline/hotel has a different policy. However, you may also call our Customer Service Team at 081230042824 and Travelfilo’will try as hard as possible to accommodate your needs.

Below are the administration fees on refunds:

  1. Rp15,000 per hotel voucher
  2. Rp50,000 per airline ticket (per name)

 

Confirmation

How do I get confirmation that my Hotels booking are complete?

Once you have successfully completed the payment, Travelfilo will send you a confirmation email containing your booking details.

Please remember, you just need to bring your confirmation email in electronic or printed form to the Hotel.

How do I get confirmation that my Activities/Restaurants bookings are complete?

Once you have successfully completed the payment, Travelfilo will send you a confirmation email containing your booking details.

Please remember that you need to bring your confirmation email in printed form to the merchant.

What should I do if I do not get a confirmation email even though I have completed my booking and paid within the time limit?

First of all, Travelfilo sincerely apologizes if you did not receive any confirmations on your booking. To resolve this problem, please call Customer Service at  +6281230042824 or send an email to travelfilo@gmail.com.
